P.K. O'Neill
Minority Leader
Nevada Assembly Republican Caucus
P.K. O’Neill is proud to be an Assembly Republican and lead the Assembly Republican Caucus of Nevada. He has been protecting Carson City for over 40 years between his law enforcement career and time at the Nevada State legislature.
He retired as a Division Chief at the Nevada Department of Public Safety, consulted for the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the FBI, and helped develop and deploy the National Law Enforcement Data Exchange to criminal justice agencies nationwide.

PK has worked to enhance crimes against the elderly, decrease costs on public school construction, and improving law enforcement technology. He sponsored bills that focused on mental health, Veterans, increasing tourism, and decreasing government red tape.
PK has been married to Nancy O’Neill for over 20 years, a retired social worker with the Division of Child and Family Services. They are empty-nesters with four adult children and six grandchildren. They enjoy spending time with family, touring the country, and volunteering with their Church and social organizations.

Jill Dickman
Assistant Minority Leader - North
Jill is a proud Assembly Republican and believes in our Constitution. Her grandparents emigrated from Russia shortly after the Bolshevik revolution and their flight and the opportunity they sought in America has guided her from the day she was born. Her family are freedom-loving, independent entrepreneurs and small business owners inspired Jill to pursue her own opportunities.
Together with her husband Tom, Jill moved to Nevada, bought a home in Sparks, and opened a small manufacturing busines in Sparks that they have operated for more than two decades. Jill loves showing her two yorkies, enjoys playing the harp, and spending time volunteering in the local community.

Danielle Gallant
Assistant Minority Leader - South
Danielle is the Assistant Minority Leader for the Assembly Republican Caucus of Nevada in the South. She is a wife, mother, and small business owner. She holds a Nevada Broker license and is a partner of Guardian Realty Investment and Property Management with her husband Paul. Danielle has been doing full time Real Estate and Property Management for almost a decade and also worked in the construction industry, as co-owner in Gallant Construction.
Prior to joining her husband in the family construction business, she worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
Rich DeLong
Minority WHIP
Rich DeLong the Minority WHIP for the Assembly Republican Caucus of Nevada. He is a geologist, natural resource manager, and businessman. He has three adult daughters. He recently married his wife, Julie, and they have a daughter in high school.​ Rich has a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in geology and a Master's degree in Natural Resource Management.
He started working in Nevada as an exploration geologist over 40 years ago and has lived in the Truckee Meadows for over 30 years. He began his consulting career managing the Nevada operations for an environmental consulting company involved in natural resources and development projects. Later he founded and built a successful consulting business supporting the exploration and mining industry in Nevada.
